Key leadership role responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of volunteer involvement for Krampusnacht Bremerton. This role ensures the smooth coordination of volunteer teams across all festival functions, including safety, logistics, setup/teardown, and parade management.

This individual will lead a team of volunteer coordinators, create staffing plans, and implement an outreach and recruitment strategy to ensure Krampusnacht is well-supported, safe, and magical for all.

This position ensures strong communication and collaboration with our partners, facilitates successful vendor participation through Kitsap Bazaar, and guarantees that all sponsor benefits are delivered fully and professionally.

This role oversees a small team that manages vendor logistics, sponsor relations, and business engagement to strengthen Krampusnacht’s impact and ensure our partners feel valued and supported.

Leadership role responsible for crafting the entertainment and interactive experience of Krampusnacht Bremerton. This role oversees live performances, music coordination, Krampus socials, and helps ensure a cohesive and engaging experience for festival attendees throughout the event.

You’ll collaborate with performers, manage logistics for entertainment setups, and coordinate atmospheric elements that make the festival feel immersive, magical, and unforgettable.

Leadership role that ensures the smooth and safe physical operation of Krampusnacht Bremerton. This role oversees everything from barricades and restrooms to festival maps and signage—coordinating layout, vendor access, and essential infrastructure. They also manage the design, production, and placement of all printed materials used during the festival, including banners, wayfinding signage, handouts, and maps.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that brings the physical space and visual identity of the festival to life.You’ll work closely with the Volunteer Operations and Programming teams to make sure that all site infrastructure is in place before the event and properly removed afterward.

Reporting directly to the Festival Director, the Krampuslauf Manager is a leadership role that collaborates with multiple teams to bring the heart of the festival to life.

Responsible for leading and managing all volunteer Wranglers—the event’s safety personnel—during Krampusnacht Bremerton. This role ensures Wranglers are properly trained, clearly informed of their responsibilities, and confidently positioned throughout the festival to support crowd safety, route management, and smooth event flow.

In partnership with the Volunteer Operations Manager and professional hired security, the Lead Wrangler helps protect attendees, vendors, and performers, particularly during key moments like the Krampuslauf and vendor market activities.

Manages the Krampusnacht Bremerton Vendor Market, ensuring a smooth, safe, and festive experience for vendors and shoppers alike. In partnership with Kitsap Bazaar, this role oversees all vendor communications, coordinates booth layout and logistics, and leads volunteer teams for both market setup and tear down.

This individual is present throughout the entire vendor market operation—serving as a calm, organized leader who supports vendors, manages setup crews, and keeps the flow of the market running from load-in to load-out.

Serves as the primary point of contact between Krampusnacht Bremerton and local downtown businesses. This role ensures that business owners are informed, engaged, and supported before and during the festival. The liaison helps foster community participation, encourages cross-promotion, and advocates for business needs related to festival logistics and foot traffic.

By building positive relationships and providing clear communication, the Business Owner Liaison strengthens the connection between the festival and Bremerton’s small business community.

Ensures that all sponsors of Krampusnacht Bremerton receive the recognition, visibility, and benefits promised in their sponsorship agreements. This role manages sponsor communications, tracks deliverables, and works across departments to fulfill promotional, signage, and placement needs.

Serving as the face of sponsor relations, the Sponsorship Coordinator helps maintain strong relationships with supporters and demonstrates the festival’s appreciation and professionalism.

Responsible for managing participant registration for the Krampuslauf, the signature procession of Krampusnacht Bremerton. This role oversees the sign-up process, tracks participant details, prepares materials, and helps facilitate an organized, efficient check-in experience on event day.

As the administrative arm of the Krampuslauf team, this person ensures participants are informed, checked in, and ready to bring the mischief to the streets of downtown Bremerton.

Working alongside the Krampuslauf Manager, this person helps bring order to the chaos—keeping the spirit fierce, the pace flowing, and the experience magical.

Responsible for organizing and overseeing the live music programming at Krampusnacht Bremerton. This includes booking performers, managing schedules, coordinating sound needs, and ensuring performers have what they need to deliver a great show. On event day, the Live Music Coordinator serves as the main contact for all musicians and works closely with the Programming & Experience Manager to keep the energy flowing and the audience engaged.

This role is perfect for someone with a love of music, strong logistics skills, and a desire to help amplify the festive Krampus spirit through live performance.

These events serve as a space for new and returning participants to learn about costuming, performance, and the folklore behind Krampus, while fostering camaraderie and public interest.

This role coordinates the scheduling of monthly socials for their dates, times, and locations.

Responsible for managing all official photography for Krampusnacht Bremerton, including contract negotiation, scheduling, credentialing, and photo logistics. This role oversees the festival’s team of professional and volunteer photographers, ensures coverage of key areas and events, manages the photo booth setup, and coordinates photography access and placement within the Krampuslauf.

This is a high-visibility, detail-oriented leadership role essential to preserving and promoting the magic of Krampusnacht for years to come.

This role plays a vital part in building the festival’s immersive and theatrical environment, while ensuring safety, flow, and performer satisfaction.
